We're a small directory with a simple promise: we only match you with cleaning companies we'd let into our own kitchen. Here's what that means.
Every network company carries general liability insurance, and we confirm a current certificate of insurance before any match is made. You receive it before work is scheduled — non-negotiable for anyone working on your roof and your fire-suppression-adjacent equipment.
We look for companies that clean the full exhaust system to bare metal — hood, filters, the entire duct run, and the rooftop fan — not just the visible surfaces. A grease fire doesn't start where you can see it; it starts in the duct nobody cleaned.
A partner has to leave you what your inspectors want: a dated NFPA-96 certification sticker, before/after photos, and a service record. If a company can't document the job, it isn't in the network.
We screen against the oldest trick in this trade: selling a monthly contract to a kitchen that NFPA-96 says is semi-annual. Our partners set your interval by how you actually cook — and tell you when you're being over-serviced.
Matching is free, and there's no obligation. Get the quote, check the certificate of insurance yourself, and hire only if it's right. We make the introduction; you make the call.
